During the research phase I assess the business model, the competition, the risk, ROI potential and industry trends.
3. Communicate
More research! This is where I talk to industry experts, the public, friends and family about the project. Just because I think its good idea, doesn't mean it is.
4. Plan
Despite the overwhelming urge to move forward - a business plan must be written, re-written, checked and double checked. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
5. Action
Secure funding, find business partners and take action. Implement the business plan. Review the business plan every step of the way.
